sigh, LOVE as always.
and thanks for saying that about crediting images...it bothers me when people throw up 20 pictures as if they just appeared out of thin air. crediting the original source (magazine, designer, photographer) is best but at least credit the source blog if that can't be done...or better yet, do both! it's just common courtesy! people work hard to produce original work, magazines (and certainly blogs too!) and they deserve credit for it!

I love these shots - they are so dramatic yet elegant and soothing all at the same time.
Hats - they are great aren't they!? I used to be a collector of quirky vintage hats but had to pass them onto new owners when I started travelling some twenty years ago.

I love that entire vignette! I adore how the plates are NOT perfect! I'm in the process of finding mismatched plates for my delft blue walls of my dining room now but I can only pray it looks this chic!
I want those chairs! Badly.
