Botanicals - framed

The botanical pieces in this space define it- so simple and so complicated at the same time..

One of those things that looks nice, and when you go closer, has so much intracity and interest. Love those!

Wow! An entire wall of botanicals like this would inspire me to be out in fields gathering some to frame. Imagine the time spent in searching for, drying, mounting and then identifying all these specimens?

Wish we had time to do such things today. Well...maybe if we gave up watching the telly for just an hour a day...

Absolutely love it and am absolutely glad I did not have to hang them myself.

I am completely in love with botanicals. Those definitely make the room. A series of prints definitely have more impact than one on it's own.

P.S. We're having a great giveaway over on our blog.

This looks great! I actually just did this to my home and published a post on it. Here is the link if you would like to see it:

Beautiful! I just did a wall in a client's dining room with antique botanicals i purchased in France. it took for hours to hang each one perfectly...worth the labor and time, our client loved the result

fantastic, babe. so beautiful en masse. and this image just reinforces my love of the combination of gray and aged-parchment (can we call that a color? let's do...)

OMG I love this, and it also reminds me of the 'Girl with the Dragon Tattoo' story.. the framed flowers on the wall..

Gorgeous! Just goes to show that the simplest things are the best.
