I think the Chesterfield sofa in velvet is my favorite kind of sofa, but I'd go with deep plum.

chesterfield is my love forever! we have grey Jim Thomson silk upholstered chesterfiel in our LR. It needs to be reupholstered very soon and velvet is one of the options.

My heart just melted. Someday...I intend to have a chesterfield. My friend found an amazing one at Salvation Army for $65!!! I've never been able to get over it.
