Powder room makeover...

I am mid bath redesign for our Powder room right now. We decided on a whim to pull everything out and now I am scrambling to get all the pieces back together. I think I am almost there... I really need to put together a board and see how it all works.. So funny how you do the work for others but cannot quite seem to do it for oneself..

Happy Wednesday all!

beautiful organic feel to this pretty room...
the workbench that the sinks sit on makes the room..

I am with you. I can walk into other's houses and help them and then come home and wonder what in the world I should do!

You my dear, are so dead on!!
We fall into the cobbler and children without shoes category!
I always wonder if it is because we have so many things and ideas floating about?
We love so many things it is hard to choose? Or even better, hard to take the time to really plan and then execute!

I need help with my powder room also...it's tiny, just a white pedestal sink and toilet next to each other and white tile floor. no room for anything else. We pulled off the old wallpaper and don't know what to do now! Any suggestions? Your ideas are fabulous and I love your site!

Gorgeous! My friend Dana who has designed five bathrooms for me over the years says exactly the same thing. She is mid-project redoing a flooded basement home-office and says she wants to hire a designer.
I'm sure your project will be a stunner when it's finished!

Lovely vanity! And yes, it is so much easier to decor for somebody else than for your own house. Pretty much like advices. Enjoy the beautiful day, Kellie xx

Good luck with it - I'm sure it's going to be beautiful. The one you've shown is really terrific - so unique!

I could not agree more!! Our new home has been such a pain in my side for the last year and now that we are down to the wire for decisions I am just finding myself having panic attacks over faucets and grout colors. I find it all comes together in the end, it just takes a bit...or a lot longer when it is for yourself rather than a client.

Can't wait to see what you come up with.

This one is just lovely! I can't wait to redo our bathroom and create a new one in our one-bath home. Love those mirrors.
