Loving the dark rug and chairs to pull this all together a little differently.  It is nice to see somewhat practical colors in a space.  The ceiling fixture is making my heart pound!
Happy Monday

Wonderful color combinations. I was just suggesting a charcoal color for a rug to my husband the other day...now I have a picture to show him how nice it looks! Thanks.

Love the mix in this room..... I agree the ceiling fixture is wow,but I think they could have upped the size of it. Compared to the tables it looks small to me......Maryanne ;)

I happen to really like this, it feels inviting even though there are dark elements, against the white sofa, its a beautiful contrast and I think that charcoal color on the rug is actually quite pretty....

I just love how they painted the fireplace black! So striking against the white walls!

Oh, these colors I love!
Also adore how well the room is furnished, the little table and the chairs by the window...lovely! Extra seating and a perfect spot for a game of chess!

I am so in love with the Hicks pendant. Are those concrete blocks that the table lamps are standing on? Very cool!

The sofa of course is divine and the hicks pendant over the table is simply inspired. I love how the deep greys and blacks anchor the room so perfectly. Fabulous.
