If they can form an entire subculture based on rather plain red hats, I think you could easily start a revolution based on exquisite taste. All you need are a few friends brave enough to swim upstream for a few bends.

I truly wish that fascinators and hats would come into vogue in America...as Marsha says fashion has gone so casual.
No one dresses for dinner, for church, etc. You might as well be working in the garden with what some are wearing!
