Je t'adore! When I lived in Paris, I loved going to the Laduree near la Madeline for a vanilla macaroon and a pot of earl grey. I actually just posted about Laduree on my blog too!

Is there anything more lovely and more French?
Even the packaging and colours are sheer bliss.
I have never tasted one of these little sweeties, they're almost too pretty to eat, maybe one bite and frame the rest:)
BTY....
If you get a chance, try this restaurant:
"Invitez Vous ChezNous"
7, Rue de L'epee de Bois (off Rue Mouffetard, in the 5th)
75005, Paris
Metro line 7
It is owned and run by a very friendly and charming young French couple. The husband (who looks just like Melvil Poupuad) run the front and his wife is the cook. The menu changes daily with fresh ingredients bought at market that day. The deco is very French and sexy. You will want to go back every night.
Have a smashing time.

As a baker the one and only thing on my bucket list is a trip to Paris to visit and eat at as many patisseries that I can. Laduree would be my first stop. You are a very, very lucky girl. Beautiful photos.

How delicious. I must confess...I am a sweet junkie. Every night before I go to bed I have a tall glass of ice cold milk and some kind of dessert (cake, left over Easter candy, chocolate of some sort...the list goes on and on). Ends the day just right. Crazy I know!
Check out our giveaway when you get a chance. Have a beautiful weekend!!

My favorite sweet spot in the world! Have been to paris once (in 2005) with my husband. I have been trying to find a way to get them shipped to NC! I dream of going back there one day and taking my girls too!!
Ah la la...I haven't been to France in a few years. These macarons are Paris in a bite (or two). I can almost taste them as I write this. And they are so beautiful to look at, I'm torn between eating and gazing!

One of my most favorite places in Paris... The vanilla are my favorite!
The photos look as though you could just pick one right up and eat it! What a sweet thing for you to do...some girl (or guy) will be one lucky person!
My fingers are crossed!! What a good prize!
Roses are red
chocolates are cool
but my mouth is telling me
Laduree Rules!
Having grown up in Austria I have been spoiled when it comes to desserts. So I have only been marginally impressed by cookies in the US. But once the macaroons kept creeping up here and there I got very happy. Simply delicious! Raspberry and Black Current are my favorites.
Cheers,
Claudia
