Autumn...

I know, I know I should be savoring my last week of Summer with the kids at home.
But there is so much to be done and I am waiting for Fall with baited breath.
I love the cooler evenings after the long visit of Summer, and the chance to wear the boots and other things that have been hiding in my closet since Spring...

Amazing pictures...and I agree fall is my favorite time of the year (mostly for the layered outfits and warm drinks)

Reluctant, as most of us are, to see summer fade away you've given us a snapshot of opportunities to come.

As Gwendolyn, from White Turquoise Chocolate says, "think pretty thoughts."

Beautiful photos! I love the second one. I am also ready for cooler temperatures as we have been in a drought all summer with 100 degree temperatures everyday!

Sigh...We will have to wait until late October before we feel very cooler temperatures.

Everyone is in Autumn except us! :) We will have to just take a girls trip north or to California! Beautiful pictures that make us dream!

Is the photos with the yellow leaves a shot of Georgetown? These are great photos, and I am relishing the arrival of Autumn, as well. Have a great week-end . Mary

Fall in Dubai will be such a change - no rustling leaves to crunch under my feet. And I guess I won't get much use out of my wellies!

Lovely pictures! We are waiting for spring down here in Buenos Aires, but Fall is one of my favourite seasons.

Me too! I always get antsy around this time of year in anticipation of fall...maybe its the change of weather, maybe I'm just tired of my summer clothing. Bring it on, fall!
