Lately I have been thinking about interiors (big surprise there) and interior photography. I was looking through Ashlee Raubach's blog and saw this picture.. which I love. Ashlee took our family pictures last fall and she was amazing! I cannot wait to have her photograph some of my work and my home when I get ready. The light in this picture makes my heart race and that table makes me want to scream I love it so much. I love the way she uses the light in the space and the softness that comes across in the photos.
Anyway, I am curious have you had interior photographs taken? What do you think of different styles?

The light is amazing and I think it's one of the most important things for photography at all ... and Ashlee has an incredible eye for that.

Congratulations on your 1000th post. I just discovered you today and love your blog! Very inspiring.
Big congratulations on your 1000th post. What an accomplishment, Christina. Each and every post you do is a treasure to all of us readers, so keep it up. My son, the photographer, says "negative space" is very important in great photography works. Empty space.
Your photograph says it all. Love you!!
Amazing, Christina!
Hearty congratulations! You continue to inspire us with beauty every day.

Thank you so much Christina! I loved photographing your family and enjoy your work so very much!! Congrats on the 100th post :)
The light really is amazing and as you can see from this picture, don't take pictures of interiors while standing. Something I've learned in the past year.

I love Ashlee and her work! She photographed my home about a year ago and it was just published in Utah Style. She would be perfect to use on your work!

Bravo for your 1000th post!! Amazing!
My honey is a photographer and has been working on HDR techniques to capture the outdoor scenery as well while respecting the light. A totally different option but interesting as well. But that means a need for the cleanest styling possible!
The legs on that table are the sexiest legs ever--English Tudor meets George IV; married to Botero. And the craftsmanship is spectacular. And then placed with a Hollywood Regency chair. Do you have any idea who the designer is? Thanks and 1000 Congratulations on your wonderful blog. Mary
Congratulations on your 1000th post, that is such a great achievment. I really love following your blog.

Everything about this photo is lovely: the styling, the light...and yes, that table makes me want to scream, too! ;}
