This is a picture of my dining room from many moons ago.. I have been "changing" it for what seems like at least 2 years now. I am struggling.. I want something unique, I want something that is a reflection of me, I want something I love..
So since this photo was taken I have painted the room Slate from Restoration Hardware, which I love. I have taken down the mirrors and put up a sunburst mirror, which I was not in love with and I have traded chairs many times. Now we are having some vintage chairs I found upholstered in vintage linen and I am so excited to say that I am picking up my new artwork today. I had a pair of pieces custom sized for that wall.
Keep your fingers crossed that they came out perfect and that I like them on the wall! Hopefully if they look super cool I will be able to share them with you when they are up.
I cannot believe we are already on Thursday- wishing a nice smooth transition into the weekend!

Christina...I can't wait to see the changes. You have a wonderful eye and I am sure we will all drool over the results. It is so hard to keep your interiors fresh and current and personal. I am hopeful that I will soon get to the stage that I am comfortable with my home. I think I gravitate to a neutral palette so I can change things up with new accessories as the seasons change and years go by.

Change is always good, but I sure love the mirrors on the wall!
I love change too...but this photo is awesome!
I think that I would be uncomfortable as a guest sitting in front of a wall of mirrors--but that says a lot about me I suppose! Looking forward to seeing the new result...
Maybe you don't like your room, but I think it's beatifull! Love your mirrors.
I love the 'last' room - I just can't imagine getting any better than that! Can't wait to see the new project's completion photos! Happy St. Patty's Day... Jalon
