I know a beautiful kitchen may not be the first thing you want to see on a Monday morning but I do! I have been given the green light to start my own kitchen renovation so I have been spending my free time gathering images and ideas to get me going! I am always a little nervous to start my own projects...

I am wanting to put in carrera marble on my walls too (in the kitchen).
It's a gorgeous kitchen but those windows... those windows are fabulous! I'm excited for you about your new kitchen!

Yes, I could live with that! It is the windows that make it though - just the most difficult and expensive thing to alter!

I too think the simpler the better in the kitchen. In my last house in St. Louis, I went totally nuts and put way to much on the walls (too cutesy, shudder)
I also have trouble starting a new decor project, I'll walk around and scratch my head, doing the project entirely in my noggin before...and then boom!
