It seems an odd thing to be inspired by just interior design photos. I love so many things and there are so many things that inspire. Don't you agree? I love the texture and the color combos in these pictures, those types of ideas carry through into design ideas and take shape in interiors. Just some food for thought. What inspires you?

When I see vignettes with different items displayed in them I find even the most simplest of items beautiful and inspiring. I get a good many of my ideas by just looking at groupings of books, or like accessories arranged just so. :)
Hi lovie...I, too, take inspiration from photos people like you collate for us. Sometimes the obvious is not at all obvious until someone you trust shows it to you. Great idea going on here!
I couldn't agree more. Something like a feather or a sea sponge might be my inspiration for an entire room...great post
My family recently took a roadtrip to a farm in Iowa. There was inspiration everywhere around us that you see in many homes today: weathered wood barns with rusted metal roofs, rolling meadows of corn that reminded me of textured rugs and baskets, the colors of the turning leaves, just to name a few! It was so beautiful.
