tucked in..

This tucked in look gets me every time.  I am not sure if it is because it seems like such an organized idea or what.  I love the waist stools too, along with the pair of lamps.  My entry is a little smaller than this but it could be done.  What about you, do you have a large entry?  Do you use it or is it just a welcoming stage?

Ours is mostly a welcoming stage....we use our back entry more often and that is a bit of a mess right now. I DO love the stools tucked in ....I had to use a piece of furniture that was in the basement of our home though when we bought it for the time being, so stools won't work....

Here is our front entry:

Those stools are understated perfection!

The entryway in my home is not large - but a mirror to add the feeling of space and a simple sculpture make me feel a little better about it.

Thank you for sharing!

I love having a separate entry though it isn't large - a narrow console with baskets underneath, and I enjoy the sense of privacy it gives.

Happy New Year! I'm really enjoying your photos on Instagram :) My entry foyer: it's the size of a closet. Maybe the next house I'll have a gracious deep foyer that runs from front to back.
Cheers,
Loi

I love that look too! I've been pinning the new Target storage ottomans that are just that shape, and I now just need a rustic-ish console...

My entry is actually a long hallway with walls of glass, it is always filled with flowers and scents, always welcoming after a long day at work!

An entry is always the visiting card of a home. Hence I like it light and chic decorated, so that every guest feel really welcome.Lightening is also an important factor as well as fresh flowers and a fresh odour.

What a beautiful entryway! Such a statement, which is how an entry should be. The structured stools tucked underneath the rustic wood table gives it a modern look!!
